This exclusive registration period is reserved for Official Delegates (ODs), members nominated by IPSF Member Organisations to represent them at the IPSF General Assembly, offering them the first opportunity to secure their slots for this transformative global event. With limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis, early registration is key to ensuring your place at this milestone Congress.

- Who can register: Exclusive to ODs.
- Opening Date: February 2, 2025, at 4:45 PM GMT+0.
- Closing Date: *February 14, 2025, at 8:59 PM GMT+0.
- Slot Quota: 100 slots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step-by-Step Guide for a Seamless Registration Process
To help you navigate the registration process smoothly, here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
1. Access the Official Congress Website
Visit the official 70th IPSF World Congress website. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for a seamless experience.
2. Navigate to the Registration Page and click on the “Reservation” Button
This will open the Registration for Event Participants page. Select the available event "70th IPSF World Congress" to open. On clicking the "Reservation" button, it will redirect you to the list of available tickets.
3. Select Tickets According to Delegate Category as Relevant
Since this is the First Wave, only ODs can proceed. Therefore, only the Main Congress Phase 1 (Wave I) tickets are viable for selection. Ensure that you select only one (1) ticket as each OD is required to submit an individual registration form. Please DO NOT select multiple tickets as the reservation will not be applicable to more that one person. If unsure please refer to the Annexure of the Registration Guideline for more information on possible ticket combinations as per delegate category. Once you have selected your ticket(s), click on the "Register" button to submit.
4. Fill Out the Registration Form
Complete the Attendee Registration Form. Provide accurate personal details, contact information, and preferences as required.
5. Review and Confirm Your Details
Double-check all the information entered to avoid errors.
6. Submit the Form
Click the "Confirm Registration" button to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

Thanks to the swift action of our technical team, the issue was promptly resolved, allowing delegates to proceed with their registrations smoothly.
