With multiple phases tailored to different delegate categories, understanding these timelines is key to securing your spot and maximizing your Congress experience.
Phase 1: Early Action for Exclusive Delegates
First Wave (Exclusive for Official Delegates)
- Opens: February 2, 2025, at 4:45 PM GMT+0
- Closes: February 14, 2025, at 8:59 PM GMT+0
- Capacity: 100 slots on a first-come, first-served basis
This wave is exclusively for Official Delegates (ODs), who are representatives nominated by IPSF Member Organisations to participate in the General Assembly. With only 100 slots available, early registration is critical to secure your place.
Second Wave (ODs and Regular Delegates)
- Opens: February 16, 2025, at 3:59 AM GMT+0
- Closes: February 22, 2025, at 8:59 PM GMT+0
- Capacity: 70 slots (plus any remaining from the First Wave)
This phase welcomes both Official Delegates and Regular Delegates (RDs). If slots remain unfilled after the First Wave, they will become available for both ODs and RDs during this period. Additionally, registration for Leaders in Training (LiT) and the Post Congress Tour (PCT) will officially open during this wave.
Phase 2: Standard Registration
- Opens: March 2, 2025, at 3:59 AM GMT+0
- Closes: April 1, 2025, at 8:59 PM GMT+0
- Capacity: 100 slots (remaining slots from Phase 1 included)
This phase provides an extended opportunity for both ODs and RDs to register. Given its competitive nature, prompt registration is recommended to secure a place.
Phase 3: Last-Minute Opportunity
- Opens: April 21, 2025, at 3:59 AM GMT+0
- Closes: May 31, 2025, at 8:59 PM GMT+0
- Capacity: No specific quota; slots available until maximum capacity is reached
For those making late decisions, this phase offers a final chance to register. However, it comes with higher fees and the possibility of limited availability as slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Key Considerations
- LiT and PCT Registration: Opens alongside Phase 1 (Second Wave) on February 16, 2025.
- Quota Management: Each Member Organisation is allocated three Official Delegate slots. Unclaimed slots from earlier phases will spill over to subsequent phases.
- Transparency and Updates: The Reception Committee (RC) will maintain transparent communication with IPSF members throughout the registration process.
